'Keep San Marcos Beautiful' Arts & Eco Fest and is being put on by the City of San Marcos, Texas Music Theater, and TallMan Records. The event will take place on the city square in San Marcos, with the outdoor stage being located at 111 E. San Antonio St. The event is free of charge.
